Denial of service prevents from providing service to customers, It is when they get an overwhelming number of people trying to access a site so the site then collapses. Attackers usually target high-profile places such as banks payment gateways, and some times root name servers. This method is used to prevent a web server from providing a service, this is done by overwhelming with allot of request, this makes it struggle and unable to cope. There are many reasons why these attacks are done, a reason may be because a criminal may want to blackmail a company and attack their site unless they hand over a ransom .

There is a difference between the people with easy access to the internet and the people without easy internet access, this is called digital divide. The countries with out easy internet access are mainly the countries in the African continent such as Somalia, Nigeria, Sudan, and Ethiopia etc...

Copyright and Plagiarism was created to prevent people from copying peoples original work for e.g. songs, films and books. The internet is the main provider for work so many internet users usually copy work for them selves. This is called copying. Plagiarism is a huge problem in schools, colleges and universities, many students copy other peoples original work thinking they wont get caught, but the teachers are very strict on copied work and are able to spot copied work easily, if students are caught copying work from other they could fail their work. Quoting other peoples work is fine as long as you write down the place the information come from .

Technicians, Designers, and System Analysts etc. Technology experts have also established all sorts of different ways to interact and communicate with each other such as emailing. New forms of making a worker redundant have been established such as using a simple text message, this saves bosses and managers wasting their time explaining their opinion to the redundant worker. This sort of impact gives media and TV workers more opportunities to get more pay and become more successful because computers provide all sorts of programmes to create a TV show. This also provides jobs for people with computer and technical knowledge to help out when things go wrong for people.
This would effects the local communities because they wouldn’t get enough business to run their shops as most people would be shopping over the net and online. Overall local shops and communities wouldn’t be getting trade and this would affect the community. Also if the shops are not getting trade this would affect people’s employment and occupation as they won’t have enough money to pay the workers. If that happens the shop would eventually have to shut down as is would become bankrupt.
